Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package all the way to your door.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@napalisurf.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

It depends on whether you added Checkout+ at checkout. Checkout+ is an optional $2.98 add-on that covers free returns and package protection. If you added it, return shipping is on us. If you didn't, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You can start a return either way through our return portal.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry on low. We also recommend washing and drying inside out to help protect the print.

Yes, we recommend tumble drying on low.

Yep, though we suggest turning the shirt inside out first. We also recommend avoiding ironing directly on the print.

The FlowWeave™ Tee holds its shape through regular wear and washing when you follow the care instructions.

If the size isn't right, you can request an exchange or return through our return portal within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and unwashed.
